A la carte corporate wellness programming for your business. This is a custom program basis. Prices will be based off of the number of employees and services requested.

Cancellation Policy

Our clients are our livelihood. We want to help you reach your goals, but we can only do so if you stick to the plan we agree upon. With that being said, please contact us at least 24 hrs in advance to book without penalties. Trainers have the right to charge any client that cancels their appointment within a 24 hour timeframe.
