LIFE HACKS: OWN YOUR LIFE
There are a few things that I have found to tremendously help my energy, focus, motivation, and creativity. They are the very benefits I promote with my clients over that of looking a certain way. The looks will come - all you have to do is stick to these principles. Be patient and gentle to yourself. Understand that you aren't perfect and you will deviate on occasion. It's ok!! Life happens. That being said, if I were given the ultimatum of choosing a handful of exercises to perform for the rest of my life, the following is what I would include:

NUTRITION AND TIMING: BECOMING FAT ADAPTED
When you live your day-to-day life (i.e low intensity exercise) in a fasted state, your body relies on itself for energy, reaching for it's most abundant fuel source first, in most cases, body fat. Only when your body has started using it's own fuel source, do you start providing it with nutrients that it will better absorb.
